Chimbro Iron Worxs was founded in November 2012. We started out manufacturing balustrades, burglar bars, pedestrian gates and driveway gates. But times were tough as competition was intense. As we evolved we realized that we need to change and find our niche. I used my experience in the hospitality industry to start developing components for lodges. That was a step in the right direction. Also my love for gardening directed me towards manufacturing garden furniture.

Our skill set is well developed; and we started getting more and more requests for braai products that is unique. Slowly our niche started developing and became apparent. Custom braais with stainless steel braai grids became our forte. We do not compromise on quality, finish and service and believe this puts us a step above our competition. We kept overheads low and are very competitive with our prices.

We have made components ranging from wall mounted and ornamental pot holders, garden tables and/or sets, arches, benches, rib stands, choppie stands, extended fire shovels, log grabbers, fire pit domes rocket stoves and various custom requests.
